"World Diabetes Day" was celebrated worldwide yesterday by over 200 member associations of the International Diabetes Federation in more than 160 countries and territories.
The group also released it's latest Global and Regional Diabetes Statistics 2012 Atlas. It reports that diabetes is running at records levels worldwide and half of the people estimated to have the disease are as yet and undiagnosed.
