Montevideo, 12 de setiembre de 2022. On September 8 and 9, a delegation from the Latin American Center for Perinatology - Women's Health and Reproductive Health (CLAP/WR) visited the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP).
The objectives of this action were: to advance in the definition of the Reproductive Health Research Center of Campinas (CEMICAMP) or the Center for Integral Attention to Women's Health (CAISM) to apply as a WHO Collaborating Center in women's, maternal, perinatal and sexual and reproductive health; to open a space for scientific and academic exchange within the framework of technical cooperation to analyze different strategies aimed at improving maternal and perinatal health surveillance in Brazil; to contribute to the adoption of SIP Plus by CAISM, among others.
Work continues with the technical teams on these issues and others that arose during the visit.
