Join us on Friday, February 14, 2025, at 8:00 am (Washington DC time) on the webinar "Effective Interventions for the Early Diagnosis of Childhood Cancer," organized jointly by St. Jude Children´s Research Hospital and the Pan American Health Organization, to mark the International Childhood Cancer Day 2025. This event will highlight advances in the region related to timely childhood cancer diagnosis as part of the ongoing efforts within the framework of the WHO Global Initiative for Childhood Cancer.

The session will include:

  • The launch of the Interactive Guide on Early Diagnosis of Cancer in Children and Adolescents developed by PAHO.
  • Successful countries experience the impact of early diagnosis activities on childhood cancer.
  • An insight into the collaborative work that St. Jude and PAHO are doing to support childhood cancer control.

This webinar is aimed at health professionals, policymakers, researchers, and organizations working on childhood cancer control in the Americas region. It will provide a platform to share knowledge, good practices, and resources, fostering regional collaboration to strengthen early childhood cancer diagnosis.
