PAHO and the Embassy of the Republic of Argentina in the USA invite to this event which proposes an open discussion on some of the challenges and opportunities that have been highlighted by the response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It also provides an opportunity to discuss ways to ensure that the post-pandemic institutional framework is better prepared for an ageing population. A population that goes beyond stereotypes and retains their ability to make active contributions to the culture, economy and social development in general.
