This activity is a continuation of the courses conducted by the World Health Organization (WHO) in English and French and the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) in Spanish and Portuguese. These courses were developed last year to strengthen regulation and good practices in blood services.

The advanced course on "Good Manufacturing Practices in Blood Services" aims to provide support to blood service personnel, officials from National Blood Programs, and national regulatory authorities for blood products.
