The Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) invites applicants to submit proposals for a service contract for development of the WASH account implementation plan.
Duration of contract: September – November 2023 (75 days/two and a half months)
Contractor Profile: Professional with a degree in Environmental and Social Sciences, Hydrology, Economics and other related fields.
• Knowledge of WASH sector financing and national data
• Skills for data analysis, good knowledge of Excel
• Familiarity with the national supervision processes
• Knowledge of the main stakeholders of the WASH sector
• Strong communication skills
• Relationships within key government ministries are desirable.
• Experience/knowledge of health accounts and/or the Health Accounts Production Tool (WAPT) will be an asset.
Experience: Essential – At least 5 years of national/or international experience in public health, environmental health, hydrology, water management or related field. Desirable - Experience in development of WASH accounts and GLASS
