The Council of Ministers for Women Affairs in Central America and the Dominican Republic (COMMCA) presented the first report on the health status of women and men in Central America and the Dominican Republic, as well as recommendations for improving health and quality of life, participation and greater equality of opportunity for the people of that subregion.
