Nassau, Bahamas - June 2023
Ms. Alexandra McDowell, the United Nations High Commission for Refugees' (UNHCR's) Senior Operations Coordinator based in the Caribbean Unit of UNHCR in Washington DC, that covers 17 countries and 11 overseas territories, conducted a Mission to The Bahamas on 12 - 15 June 2023. On the first day of her visit, she made a courtesy call to Dr. Eldonna Boisson, PAHO/WHO Country Representative. She was accompanied by Mr. Crispin Stanley Hall, UNHCR Associate Protection Officer in The Bahamas. Common areas of work and opportunities for potential future collaborations were discussed.
