On Tuesday, October 12, the Government of Jamaica received a donation of vaccines from the German Government, through the COVAX dose sharing mechanism.
Ambassador Dr. Stefan Friedrich Keil (2nd left), German Ambassador to Jamaica and Mr. Ian Stein (2nd right), PAHO/WHO to Jamaica, Bermuda & the Cayman Islands made the donation to the Hon. Juliet Cuthbert Flynn (center), Minister of State in the Jamaican Ministry of Health and Wellness.
Also present were Ambassador Ricardo Allicock (right) - Director of Protocol, Jamaican Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade and Ambassador Janice Miller (left) - Under Secretary for Bilateral, Regional and Hemispheric Affairs, Jamaican Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.
