Uruguay (Update)
On 31 March 2024, the Uruguay National Emergency System published updated information on the heavy rains affecting the central and southern parts of Uruguay. As of 31 March, 47 people remained displaced throughout the country (decrease of 5,339 people since the 28 March report); they are geographically distributed across the departments of Canelones (n=7, decrease of 2,519), Florida (n=36, increase of 13), and San Jose (n=4) The report is available from: Sistema Nacional de Emergencias
