On 7 November 2022, the Peru National Institute of Civil Protection (INDECI per its acronym in Spanish), provided information on the wildfire affecting the Huamanquiquia District, Ayacucho Department. To date, 26 homes were destroyed, 85 people were affected, and 70 hectares of natural cover were destroyed. The report is available at: INDECI
