Bolivia (Plurinational State of)
On 5 February 2025, the Bolivia (Plurinational State of) Ministry of Civil Defense (MINDEF per its acronym in Spanish) updated information on the emergency caused by heavy rains in the country, which have led to flooding and landslides across several departments. A total of 22 municipalities have declared a state of emergency, and 23 deaths have been reported in Chuquisaca, La Paz, Tarija, Cochabamba, Santa Cruz, and Potosí. In Cobija, located in the department of Pando, 100 families have been affected, with 30 evacuated. The report is available from: MINDEF
