Brazil (Update)
On 4 June 2024, the Government of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, published updated information on the heavy rains affecting 476 municipalities of the state (one increase since the 3 June report).

Peru
On 3 June 2024, the Peru National Institute of Civil Defense (INDECI per its acronym in Spanish) published information on the heavy rains occurring in the districts of Julcamarca and Huaribamba, in the department of Huancavelica. In the district of Julcamarca, there were 60 people affected and two directly impacted. Additionally, 34 homes were affected and two were destroyed. In the district of Huaribamba, there were 16 people affected and three directly impacted. Additionally, five homes were affected and one was destroyed.
