Mexico (Update)
On 29 October 2023, the Mexican Government published an update regarding the passing of hurricane Otis through the State of Guerrero, Mexico. A total of 48 deaths have been reported (21 increase since the 26 October report) and 6 people are missing (2 increase). At least 273,844 homes were affected and 1,620 people were sheltered in the State of Guerrero, Mexico. In addition, 513,524 users were left without electricity (9,184 increase), of which 281,740 have been restored. The report is available from: Gobierno de Mexico
