United States of America (Update)  

On 27 May, the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) provided an update on the Hermit’s Peak fire in San Miguel, New Mexico that began on 6 April. The fire has now burned 312,057 and is 47% contained. There are currently 2,879 residents under mandatory evacuation orders and 24,645 residents under voluntary evacuation orders. There have been 22 houses and 38 structures that sustained damage, and 396 houses and 365 structures were destroyed. To date, there were 51 injuries reported. The report is available at FEMA
