On 26 July 2023, the Guatemala National Coordinator for Disaster Reduction (CONRED per its acronym in Spanish) published an update on the rainy season in the country. There have been 360 severe rain weather incidents reported (17 increase since the 21 July report). There were at least 917,340 people affected (64,564 increase), 7,425 people were attended to (20 increase), 8,680 people are categorized as at risk (10 increase), and 3,084 people were evacuated (6 increase).
