On 24 June 2024, the Chile Ministry of the Interior and Civil Protection (SENAPRED per its acronym in Spanish) published information on the severe weather in several regions of the country.

Ecuador

On 24 June 2024, the Ecuador Risk Management Secretariat published information on heavy rains affecting the 15 provinces of the country. From 14 to 14 June 2024, there have been 3,602 people affected, 180 people directly impacted, and 19 deaths have been reported. Additionally, 101 homes were affected and 39 homes were destroyed. United States of America

On 24 June, the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) published information on flooding in portions of the Northern Plains to the Upper Mississippi Valley. In the state of Iowa, 367 properties were destroyed, 1,244 properties reported minor damages and 391 properties were affected. Additionally, 400 people were evacuated in Sioux County and 370 in Clay County. The government has opened nine shelters housing 478 people. According to the Iowa department of natural resources, 10 water systems and 21 wastewater systems were affected by the flooding. The report is available from: FEMA
