On 24 January 2025, the Guatemala National Coordination for Disaster Reduction (CONRED per its acronym in Spanish) announced the ongoing severe weather and heavy rainfall in the country caused by the cold front. As of 24 January, 332 emergency incidents have been reported, directly impacting 4,011 people. CONRED also reports moderate damage to 3,973 homes, with 476 individuals currently sheltered.
