Brazil (Update)
On 22 January 2024, the town hall of the city of Estancia de Socorro Brazil, in the state of São Paulo, provided information on the heavy rains that occurred on 20 January 2024. The heavy rains affected the river "Rio do Peixe", that caused several flooding through the city. On 21 January 2024, the City Hall declared an emergency in the affected areas. Peru
On 22 January 2024, the National Institute of Civil Defense (INDECI per its acronym in Spanish) provided information on the heavy rains in the district of Recuay, province of Recuay, department of Ancash.
