Cuba (Update)
On 21 October 2024, the Government of Cuba indicating that the province of Guantanamo was the most affected by the passage of Oscar, reporting about 9,000 people were evacuated in the municipality of Imías and 6,000 were evacuated in the municipality of San Antonio del Sur. Additionally, the government reported 1,007 homes were affected in the municipality of Maisí and 794 homes were affected in the municipality of Baracoa.
