On 19 July 2023, the Colombia National Unit for Disaster Risk Management (UNGRD per its acronym in Spanish) published updated information regarding a landslide caused by the heavy rains, in the municipality of Quetame, department of Cundinamarca. There were 19 deaths reported (8 increase since the 18 July report), 6 people were injured, and 22 people are missing. Additionally, 29 people were evacuated and 22 families have been affected. United States of America

On 19 July 2023, the Graves County Fiscal Court, in the state of Kentucky, United States, declared an emergency due to excessive rainfall on 18 July 2023 and several roads were closed due the heavy rains. Media has reported that damages are still being assessed and emergency responders carried out numerous evacuations, in addition to local officials reporting many self-evacuations by residents.
