Canada and the United States of America (Update) 

On 18 November, the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) reported that due to heavy rains and wind from the Pacific Ocean starting on 12 November widespread flooding and storm damage has occurred in western Washington. Voluntary evacuations remain in effect for portions of Skagit County (a population of 129,000). There have been 4 shelters that have been opened in the affected counties with 44 occupants. Food and water shortages have been reported in Clallam County and over 1,000 people are without water. Power outages have affected 1,000 people statewide and fuel shortages have been reported in Clallam County and Makah Nation. According to media report, a state of emergency has been declared in British Columbia due to ongoing flooding. The Canadian Armed Forces have been deployed to give aid to residents who have become trapped due to the storm. The town of Tulameen has over 400 trapped residents due to road closures.
