On 15 May 2023, the Guatemala National Coordinator for Disaster Reduction (CONRED per its acronym in Spanish) published a report on the rainy season affecting the country. According to the information, 51 severe rain weather incidents were reported and at least 60,413 people were affected, 1,547 people were attended to, 90 people are categorized as at risk, 339 people were evacuated, 3 people were injured, and 2 were deaths reported. Additionally, 259 houses were moderately damaged and 9 severely damaged. The report is available at: CONRED
