On 15 February 2023, the Civil Protection of Peru (INDECI per its acronym in Spanish), provided information on severe weather that has caused landslides, flooding due to river overflows, Department of Arequipa. On 14 February 2023, at least 931 homes are affected, of which, 13 were destroyed. According to the report, 1,732 people were affected and 1 death were reported. In addition, 21,300 roads and 200 water supply networks were affected. The report is available from: INDECI
