On 13 July 2023, the state Government of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, published information on the extratropical cyclone that affecting the state with high rainfall and intense winds. United States of America (Update)

On 13 July 2023, the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), published updated information on the heavy rains in Northeast region of the country, specifically in the state of Vermont. There were 21 search and rescue teams activated and 175 rescues were conducted (87 increase since the 12 July report) and 6 shelters were opened with 109 occupants. Additionally, four long term care facilities were evacuated affecting 75 residents. There are 11 towns under boil water orders (4 increase) and 1 town is under a do not drink order.
