United States of America (Update)  

On 12 January the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA, as per its acronym in Spanish), provided an update to the heavy rain, snowfall, and flooding that have been occurring in Washington State since 10 January. Although heavy rain has begun to decrease, flood warnings remain in effect in western Washington. There remain 2 shelters that are open with 29 occupants and several backroads continue to be closed in Grays Harbor, King Mason, Snohomish, and Thurston counties. There are COVID-19 related medical staff shortages in Snohomish and Thurston counties. The report is available at: FEMA.
