Hurricane Zeta 
United States of America (update)

On 28 October 2020, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NOAA), reported that Hurricane Zeta is making landfall in southeastern Louisiana. Strong winds will spread inland across portions of southeastern Mississippi, Alabama, and northern Georgia this evening. Hurricane Warning is in effect for Morgan City, Louisiana to the Mississippi/Alabama border as well as Lake Pontchartrain, Lake Maurepas, and Metropolitan New Orleans. Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for Mississippi/Alabama border to Walton/Bay County Line Florida. The report is available in English at: NOAA.

Guatemala 

On 28 October 2020, the Guatemala National Coordinator for the Reduction of Disasters (CONRED), reported recent heavy rain, floods, and landslides affecting the departments of Alta Verapaz, Quetzaltenango, and Santa Rosa in Guatemala.
