On 15 June 2020, the Guatemala National Coordinator for Disaster Reduction (CONRED) reported various incidents due to heavy rain in the departments of Quiché, Quetzaltenango, Petén, Suchitepéquez, and Huehuetenango over the weekend. Petén Department reported 175 persons affected, 35 injured, 65 people at risk, and 35 houses damaged. Additionally, a landslide on a major road in Huehuetenango Department affected the transit activity of 3,500 people. The report is available in Spanish at: CONRED.

On 13 June 2020, the Ministry of Civil Protection of Veracruz reported that heavy rains and overflow of the Agua Dulce river affected residents of 9 colonies, specifically in the neighborhoods of 4 Caminos, Pajaral, and 2 Naranjal. Additionally, media reported that the Agua Dulce river continues to be monitored as its overflow could impact 800 families. On 13 June 2020, media reported heavy rains and the overflow of the Chama river flooding several hamlets of the Urribarrí parish in the Colón municipality of Zulia State.
