Panama

On 24 July 2020, the Panama National System of Civil Protection National Emergency Operations Center (SINAPROC) reported heavy rain and floods affected Vista Alegre, Vacamonte, Veracruz, Playa Leona, Cerro Silvestre, and Bique sectors in Oeste Province, Panama. Floods affected 64 households families. In addition, media reported, an overflow of several creeks in Arraiján and Chorrera cities. Hurricane Douglas 
United States (Update)

On 24 July 2020, the United States National Hurricane Center (NOAA) reported that Hurricane Douglas continues to track toward the Hawaiian Islands. A Hurricane Watch is in effect for: Big Island,  Maui County, including the islands of Maui, Lanai, Molokai, and Kahoolawe. Hurricane Douglas is expected to produce heavy rainfall and affect portions of the Hawaiian Islands from late Saturday night through Monday. Tropical Storm Hanna 
United States (Alert)

On 24 July 2020, the United States National Hurricane Center (NOAA) reported that Tropical Storm Hanna is strengthening over the western Gulf of Mexico. A Tropical Storm warning is in effect from the mouth of the Rio Grande to San Luis Pass, Texas, United States. Tropical Storm Hanna is expected to produce 4 to 8 inches of rain with isolated maximum totals of 12 inches through Sunday night in south Texas.
