Bolivia
On 19 January 2021, Bolivia Ministry of Defense, reported heavy rain and an overflow of the Amaguaya, Tipuani, Mapiri, Challana, and Coroico in Guanay Municipality, La Paz Department, Bolivia. The severe weather affected 2,600 families, caused injuries to 1,800 families, and left 100 homes at risk. In addition, media reports indicated that 80% of the town of Guanay is covered by more than one meter of floodwater. Paraguay 
On 17 January 2021, the Paraguay National Emergency Secretariat (SEN) reported heavy rain and floods in Conception Department, Paraguay, affected the following towns: San Antonio, Olería, Aquino Cué, Redención, Fátima, and Santa Rita. Earthquake
Argentina 

On 18 January 2021, media reported a 6.4 magnitude earthquake occurred 27 kilometers southeast of Nueve de Julio, San Juan Province, causing damage to structures and several roads. The strong earthquake was  felt in several other provinces of the country, such as Mendoza, Córdoba, Tucumán, and San Luis. The earthquake affected water service in the town of Caucete.
