PAHO Director Dr Jarbas Barbos’s vision highlights the continued need to act with transparency and accountability to ensure that the Organization remains a trusted partner in delivering health to all corners of the Americas. The Investigations Office (INV) works to uphold these values by conducting fact-finding investigations and publicly sharing reporting statistics.

INV’s investigations are conducted in an impartial, objective, confidential and timely manner by certified fraud examiners. Their investigative conclusions and findings are provided to PAHO management, which has the authority to make informed decisions and take appropriate action, disciplinary or otherwise.

The information included on this dashboard outlines investigations into reported wrongdoing within PAHO. Learn more about how investigations are conducted here (provide link to the reporting/intake process page).

This dashboard is updated on a quarterly basis by the Investigations Office, during the first week of January, April, July and October.
