SISMED911 enhances Emergency Medical Systems by digitalizing processes, improving team interoperability, and increasing care quality and response speed.

SISMED911 is a platform, developed by PAHO, that optimizes the dispatch and coordination of medical emergencies in the Americas. It digitizes the processes of emergency medical systems (EMS), facilitates communication between ambulances, hospitals, and medical teams, and provides access to critical data to reduce response times and ensure quick and quality care.

SISMED911 supports the entire management cycle of each emergency case, from the request for assistance to its resolution. It has the necessary tools to reliably, flexibly, and effectively handle call reception, data management, decision-making, coordination and follow-up of mobilized resources, hospital service information, and service resolution.
