Guyana’s experience
Working with Civil Society Organizations to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on adolescents and sexual and reproductive health services

Panama’s experience
Strengthening the Capabilities of SINGRETRADS (Trade Union of Workers and Domestic Service Workers)
In this Webinar session, we will exchange best practices and knowledge based on Panama's experience, strengthening the engagement with Civil Society Organizations in the response to the COVID-19 pandemic at the National and local levels.
Panama developed the Project in Strengthening the Capabilities of SINGRETRADS (Trade Union of Workers and Domestic Service Workers) to provide its members, including female domestic workers, with better services and tools to effectively respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects on their quality of life.
This Project was implemented in partnership with the SINGRETRADS and the Confederation of Convergence of Workers Trade Union (CS), for the period between April to December 2021.

Guatemala’s experience
Knowledge Exchange and Good Practices of the Pilot Initiative to Strengthen the Participation of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) representing Persons with Disabilities in Response to COVID-19 in Guatemala.
In this Webinar, we will learn in more detail about the comprehensive work led by PAHO/WHO Country Office in Guatemala in its cooperation and strengthening of its CSO, the Guatemalan Association of Persons with Disabilities AGPD “Manuel Tot”—affiliated member of the Latin American Network of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities and their families, RIADIS—towards the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the preparation and response to health emergencies and disasters. This project also focused on leveraging and uniting Government entities and Civil Society Organizations to respond to health emergencies and disasters with an inclusive approach.
