Health care workers are on the front line of the COVID-19 response. Longer working hours, higher patient loads and possible exposure to the virus through their work are only some of the many stressors that face these important workers during the pandemic, making it essential for them to have the skills to maintain their physical and mental wellbeing during this difficult time. During this webinar, health care workers will learn about mental toughness, its importance and strategies to develop it that can benefit them both in their professional and personal lives.
