The Procurement division at the Pan American Health Organization has been spearheading a digital transformation initiative, aiming to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

To manage more than 3,000 shipments per year a Collaboration Portal for shipping documents has been implemented with all providers of the Regional Revolving Funds. As a result, document management is instantly accessible to suppliers, procurement officials, and national authorities.
