Twenty-Fifth Meeting of the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) on Vaccine-preventable Diseases: Final Report, 2019

The XXV Meeting of the Pan American Health Organization’s Technical Advisory Group (TAG) on Vaccine-preventable Diseases was celebrated from 9-11 July 2019 in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. 

The slogan for the meeting was “Let’s do our part to protect our communities!” to parallel the slogan for this year’s Vaccination Week in the Americas (VWA) campaign. The objectives of this meeting included reviewing the progress on several initiatives focused on controlling and eliminating vaccine-preventable diseases (VPDs) and issuing recommendations on ways to address the many challenges faced by national immunization programs in the Americas.
