The purpose of this Policy on the Health Workforce 2030: Strengthening Human Resources for Health to Achieve Resilient Health Systems is to provide Member States with strategic and technical guidance for the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives aimed at strengthening human resources for health (HRH) so that these resources can contribute to the development of resilient health systems.
