In this fast-paced world two years can seem like a long time. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic many of our usual habits have become distant memories, and it is imperative to remind ourselves we need to get back to those times. With the world opening up there is a renewed sense of optimism and eagerness to return to who we were, a people liberated and empowered to lead healthy lifestyles, restart traditions and resume the routines of the life we enjoy.

We need to get back to spending time with friends, gathering with family, being active again, revisiting the places we love. We must also get back to the days where immunization were vital and regular vaccinations was a conscious choice for persons wanting to maintain healthy lifestyles.
