Integrated Management Strategy for Dengue Prevention and Control in the Caribbean Subregion; 2010 (Sólo en inglés)

As part of PAHO/WHO's efforts to support countries facing the current dengue situation, the Integrated Management Strategy for Dengue Prevention and Control (IMS-Dengue) was developed. During the 43th Directive Council in September 2001, the Panamerican Health Organization/World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) approved the Resolution CD43.R4. This resolution presented the "New Generation of Programs for Dengue Prevention and Control". In September 2003, the 44th PAHO/WHO Directive Council approved the adoption of the Integrated Management Strategy for dengue prevention and control (IMS-dengue)which is a working strategy designed by the countries with the support of an International Dengue experts team.
