Reports of wrongdoing can be made to the Investigations Office (INV), using one of two channels. Please click on a button below to report. For anonymous reporting, please use the PAHO Integrity Helpline. More information about the two reporting channels is provided below.
If you are reporting sexual exploitation or abuse, or sexual harassment, we will only move forward with the investigation process with your consent, while maintaining a victim-centered approach.

PAHO Integrity Helpline
Report wrongdoing through the PAHO Integrity Helpline's online form. The PAHO Helpline is available in the Organization’s four official languages and allows parties or uninvolved observers to submit reports anonymously, if they wish, without fear of retaliation.
Confidential and anonymous
The PAHO Integrity Helpline provides a safe, and independent mechanism to report allegations of wrongdoing involving PAHO. Reports can be made confidentially and anonymously and are accessible only by PAHO’s Investigation’s Office, which will assess allegations and may decide to initiate investigations, in accordance with its mandate.
Protection from retaliation
PAHO has zero tolerance for retaliation and is committed to providing a workplace where everyone feels safe and confident to speak out against wrongdoing without fear of negative consequences.
