Dengue Epidemiological Situation in the Region of the Americas - Epidemiological Week 05, 2025

In the epidemiological weeks (EW) 5 of 2025, a total of 477,599 suspected cases of dengue were reported, resulting in a cumulative incidence of 47 per 100,000 population. This represents an decrease of 54% compared to the same period in 2024 and an increase of 25% compared to the average of the last 5 years. Figure 1 shows the trend of suspected dengue cases as of EW 5.
